Real Estate License Data From State Regulators
Real Estate Pass Rates shows how the students of each real estate school did on the state license exam, what a license costs in total and what agents earn, from data published by state regulators, exam vendors and the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Pick your state below: every figure links to its source and the date it was checked.
Choose your state
Each state's regulator publishes its own pass-rate measure for its own period, so compare schools within a state, not across states. The total cost appears where every state fee is confirmed.

How the numbers are collected
Pass rates come straight from each regulator's published data. Schools with fewer than 30 takers are marked as a small sample and are not ranked, and a school's partnership with this site never changes its place in a table. Read the methodology and who runs this site.
